The buying of a home can be confusing and stressful and is probably the largest purchase many of us will make. Not only do you need to consider things such as price and location, you also have to worry about whether the house itself has any hidden problems that could become costly surprises further down the road. At Comox  Valley Home & Building Inspections, its our job to look for those problems for you. The Inspection is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of the house. We conduct a visual inspection of the house and provide you a with a professional opinion and report on the condition of the physical structure and operation of the various systems. The inspection process typically takes about one and a half to two hours to complete and may vary, according to the size and condition of the home. Upon completion of the inspection we "walk through" the home with you pointing out our findings, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home.
